Refund Policy

All payments made to  INYouniQ Era are non-refundable. Because our time and preparation are dedicated exclusively to each client, we are unable to offer refunds once a booking or consultation has been confirmed.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule one time within 24 hours’ notice of your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session and payment.

By booking a service, program, or membership, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. This ensures respect for both your time and ours, allowing us to continue offering high-quality, faith-based wellness experiences for every client.

 

⚠️ Please Note:Due to the custom, spiritual, and digital nature of our content and services, we do not offer refunds once a product or service has been delivered, streamed, or shipped.If you experience a technical issue (e.g., a video doesn’t load properly), please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
